Paul remotely serviced my PC and found the reason why the CD/DVR drives were not being recognised. He then instructed me on how to repair the issue, which in total took not more than 15 minutes, and I was working again. This was extremely helpful since I work from home and this computer is my business' lifeblood. Paul's efforts saved me having to haul my PC in for repair thus saving me time, which equals money. Thanks man! I will use Knextions anytime I have an issue.

I have never had such a good experience with anyone until I lucked out and found Paul and his company, knextions! I am completely inept in dealing with technology, and Paul made me feel that I was in good hands. He set up all my DVD machines, switched cable boxes, set up a brand-new flat screen that he had preordered for me without even being asked to do so, and made everything in my house work like a charm. He also taught me to handle all of it without making me feel retarded. He was highly competent, skilled, thoughtful, and extended himself way beyond expectations. His ability to handle anything and persist until he was satisfied is very rare. He also understood my financial situation and tailored his charges to a reasonable and more than fair amount.
